  • What is the “GolfSuite”?
  • The GolfSuite as a Service is a newly, fully integrated online Golfclub management software.
  • What is meant by: “as a Service”?
  • Nexxchange offers the GolfSuite in form of a modern “software-as-a-services“ model. Since no onsite server nor a software installation on the computer is required, purchase and maintenance costs can partially be saved, along with a substantially reduced support effort of the clubs on-site. Access to the GolfSuite is realised by using a modern web browser. The software is maintained and updated externally, not purchased, but rented only (no licenses required).
  • What does the GolfSuite offer?
  • The fully integrated, newly developed GolfSuite provides on-line tee time reservations (tee time management, online TeeTime), membership management, POS system: pro shop, rental services, e-cart reservations ... , club data management, tournament management.
  • What are the requirements for the GolfSuite?
  • The GolfSuite can be used with any stable internet-enabled device (PC, tablet, smartphone), access is implemented by using a modern web browser. 
  • Do I need to integrate the system with other systems?
  • No. The fully integrated GolfSuite covers all the basic requirements of the club.
  • Do I need a specially configured network?
  • No, our GolfSuite does not require any special network nor a server, you can use it also from home.
  • What are the costs for using the GolfSuite?
  • Nexxchange offers an innovative, user based pricing model: for the GolfSuite a monthly service fee is charged for the usage of each user a monthly, consistent fee is charged. For more details please refer to the portal ‘pricing model’.
  • What is Nexxchange’s ‘Golf Break’ module?
  • The GolfSuite includes an electronic booking module for golf club operators and agents (hotels, travel agencies). For more details please refer to the Portal at: ‘Golf Packages’.
  • What channels does Nexxchange offer for contacting the support?
  • You are welcome (= web-based screen capture system for receiving and sending of screen contents anytime by email, phone or through our modern and comfortable internal feedback function : users can directly create a screen content in the browser window and Corrections / Comments by means of various functions to annotate and highlight communicate ) send your inquiries.
  • When are the support hours?
  • Support hours are: 08:00-20:00 / 7 days a week: centralised, transnational, live chat with ‘TeamViewer’ (free screen sharing). Support Hotline (1 EUR/minute from 2016).
  • How does it support the Italian market?
  • Through its main office in Vienna, with native speaking Italian staff and through a very experienced sales manager on-site in Italy.

  • All commonly used tournament types are supported by our GolfSuite (ProAm is currently in the testing phase)

  • All sortings are being offered (handicaps down and up, squads move as a whole ... ) up to the shotgun start.
  • Who defines the way of TeeTime booking?
  • The club has full control to manage these functions.
  • In which countries is the GolfSuite approved?
  • The GolfSuite is already certified by OeGV as well as by FIG. In 2014 more than 70 tournaments have been successfully accomplished a.o. the ‘Toni Sailer Golf Memorial’.
  • What interfaces does the GolfSuite support?
  • The GolfSuite supports interfaces to the following golf associations: OeGV, FIG; in preparation: DGV, French GV, ASG, CONGU.
  • In which languages ​​is the GolfSuite available?
  • The GolfSuite currently offers the following languages​: German, English, French, Italian.
